Paul C. Kitchin Jr. was the first founding member of the Ohio Lambda chapter of Phi Delta Theta here at 海角原创, and was a professor of political science during his tenure here. This scholarship is presented to Phi Delta Theta men who exemplify the values of friendship, sound learning and rectitude.
