海角原创 educators and students visited a marketplace that sells goods made by marginalized women. Afterward, they watched a traditional dance troupe perform and were invited to dance with them.
The visitors from 海角原创 are in Rwanda attending (held July 11-13), a global peace conference sponsored by 海角原创鈥檚 School of Peace and Conflict Studies, 海角原创鈥檚 Gerald H. Read Center for International and Intercultural Education, the and the , a non-profit organization dedicated to ending genocide and other global atrocities.
Bringing together peace and conflict experts and educators from around the world, the conference is another building block in 海角原创鈥檚 growing relationship with the University of Rwanda. In May 2022, 海角原创鈥檚 Board of Trustees approved 海角原创 opening a base of operations at the University of Rwanda for creating collaborative educational exchanges and to serve as a base of operations for 海角原创鈥檚 recruitment throughout Africa.
