To assist and help teach girls at Kent state the proper weight lifting techniques. As well as how to feel comfortable and confident in a gym setting and to build a community of strong women while doing it.

KSS aims to recreate the experience of CBS's Survivor on Kent's campus. Students will participate in a fully integrated and filmed experience with challenges and votes to ultimately decide on a "sole-survivor" over the course of one semester.

Formula SAE

"Formula SAE challenges students to conceive, design, fabricate, and compete with small formula-style racing cars." Teams spend 8-12 months designing, building, and preparing their vehicles for a competition.

Student RecWell Council

The Student RecWell Council (SRC) serves as a liaison between the administrators and the student staff. We serve to spread the message of wellness and recreation to not only our employees, but all students at º£½ÇÔ­´´ as well.

º£½ÇÔ­´´ Kyokushin Karate Club

The º£½ÇÔ­´´ Kyokushin Karate Club provides a dojo (karate training environment) for students to practice karate. We provide the opportunity to develop self-defense skills and physical and mental discipline of all club members.
