Join the Winter Chill 28-Day Challenge - Begins March 1

Stress can impact your physical and emotional health, and it can lead you to engage in unhealthy behaviors. Studies have found a link between high stress and diabetes, elevated LDL cholesterol, heart disease, hypertension, obesity, as well as tooth and gum disease.

Finding positive ways to cope with your stressors can help improve your overall health and well-being and is specifically the strategies you will learn and enhance during the Winter Chill Challenge. The challenge will take place from March 1-28

Let's chill out together.  Registration will be accepted through Feb. 28.

If you have questions, please email Maggie Hills, director at Be Well Solutions, at KSU@bewellsolutions.com.
