Yes, new hires are expected to complete the Beyond Compliance requirement. During new hire orientation, new employees are asked to complete the four courses listed below:
- Bridges: Building A Supportive Community (Title IX)
- Bullying in the Workplace
- Ethics and Code of Conduct
- Prevent Harassment and Discrimination
All four courses are Beyond Compliance eligible. All faculty and staff are required to complete at least two hours of Beyond Compliance training every year.
